"Pleasantly Surprised!"
I went to my annual eye doctor appointment and found that I needed a new Rx for my bifocals. I had my same frames for approx 5 yrs. and I wanted new frames as well. After insurance payments were applied, the frames and lens were going to cost me over $750 out-of-pocket! I decided to wait and see what I could do to save some money. I Googled "online eyeglasses" and discovered eyebuydirect.com. The reviews had me a little put-off by the 1~2 star ratings, but the price was definitely RIGHT. So, I decided to give them a whirl. I picked a set of frames almost identical to the ones in the optometrists office, entered my Rx information and even went for all the extras (scratch resistant coating, no-line bifocals, transition lens, water resistant coating. If it was available, I got it! I even opted for the FedEx shipping in order to get a tracking number. The entirety of my frames, lens, options, and tracked shipping costs me LESS THAN $200!! I began receiving emails about the progression of my order almost immediately and they continued until the order shipped. The order arrived in just under the promised 2 weeks. I have hardly taken these glasses off my face since they arrived! My vision is SO much better than before (maybe that's the quality of lens or maybe that's the new Rx). The glasses are SHARP looking and seemingly VERY well made. I ordered my daughter a new set of glasses from eyebuydirect.com yesterday and can hardly wait to get them for her! Thanks for a wonderful and affordable service!!
